FABIO GAZZOLA – Principal
Prior to entering the law Fabio qualified and worked as a commercial and residential property valuer. Fabio was admitted to practise law in 1998.
Before re-forming Gazzola Law, Fabio was previously a Family Law Partner in the original ‘family’ firm Gazzola Law for 10 years.
Fabio has substantial experience Wills and Estates, contested Probate and Succession Act (Family Provision Claims) and Succession Planning. He also has extensive experience in the area of Family Law (Property settlement and Parenting disputes, De Facto relationships and Alternative Dispute Resolution).
Fabio has extensive litigation and advocacy experience.
Fabio holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from the Ontario Tech University, an Honours Degree in Law from Tyndale University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, Ontario. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (formerly Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)). Fabio is an Associate member of the The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (CGIC), and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Fabio is also an Accredited Collaborative Lawyer. He has served on the Ontario Young Lawyers Family Law Committee and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Canada. Fabio currently holds an Unrestricted NCA Practising Certificate.
Fabio’s great joy when not practising Law is spending time with his wife and three children.
